US Sen. Tim Scott visiting several counties in the Midlands

SALUDA, S.C. (AP) — U.S. Sen. Tim Scott is visiting several counties in the Midlands of South Carolina this week.

Scott is touring CVS Pharmacy in Saluda on Friday, visiting Strom Thurmond High School in Johnston and stopping at the Red Rooster Emporium in McCormick.

He’s also visiting Williston Elko Middle School in Williston and speaking at Bamberg Job Corps graduation.

To end the day, Scott is holding a meet-and-greet in the Calhoun County Council Chambers in St. Matthews.
