Early morning shooting leaves one injured

Richland County, SC (WOLO) – Richland County deputies are investigating an early morning shooting at an apartment complex off Two Notch Road that left one man injured. The incident happened at The Haven at Windsor Lake . The victim was shot in the upper body and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
