Burglary suspects sought

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) — Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott is requesting the community‘s assistance in identifying two suspects wanted for burglary and grand larceny. Sheriff Lott states that around 2pm on August 2 the suspects made entry into Jimmy Rivers Automotive through a hole in the fence, the business was closed at the time. Jimmy Rivers Automotive is located at 1620 Carnegie Street. The Sheriff stated that once inside the business the suspects went to the back lot where they stole tire rims, tires, and a trunk lid of a vehicle with a total estimated value of $2500. Sheriff Leon Lott described the suspects as two black males, the first suspect wearing a black t-shirt, black jean shorts, a black baseball cap with red trim, approximately 6 ft tall with a medium build. The second suspect is described as being approximately 5‘ 9, wearing a black t-shirt and blue jean shorts, with a white baseball cap and red sneakers.
