Coroner identifies man killed in car accident

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — Lexington County Coroner Margaret Fisher has identified the individual who was killed in the one-vehicle accident Tuesday night. Kevin Rentz, 25, of Neeses died from injuries he sustained in the accident that occured in the 1100 block of Crystal Springs Drive in Pelion. Rentz was traveling alone and was pronounced at the scene. An autopsy has been scheduled for Wednesday. The accident remains under investigation by the Lexington County Coroner‘s Office and the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
