Jeb Bush’s son attending South Carolina office opening

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — The namesake son of Jeb Bush is attending the grand opening of a campaign office in South Carolina.

Jeb Bush Jr. is in Columbia on Wednesday to help officially opening his father’s campaign headquarters in this early voting state.

South Carolina holds the first Republican presidential primary in the South, and the former Florida governor has been spending more time campaigning here.

Last week, the elder Bush attended a national security forum in Rock Hill, met with veterans in Charleston and held a town hall meeting with veterans and military members in Columbia.
