COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — Starting this week, there’s a new resident at Richland Library Main– a writer-in-residence, that is. Nationally-known children’s book author, Dinah Johnson, will be holding weekly open sessions for aspiring writers to pick her brain. She’ll also be working on her own writing. Johnson, a Columbia native, wants to share her passion with library-goers, aspiring writers and children. They’ll be able to ask her questions about her process, and she’ll use their presence as inspiration for her own work. If you’re interested in sitting down with Dinah Johnson, head to richlandlibrary.com for information on dates and times.
