Man ran over following argument in Lugoff

Richland County, SC (WOLO)- Richland County deputies are investigating after a man was ran over by a four-wheeler. Authorities say the incident happened on the 1100 block of Spring Creek Road in Lugoff on Sunday. Deputies say an argument ensued between the two men resulting in the man riding who was driving the four-wheeler to run over the man who had a shotgun. The man who was holding the shot gun was able to get on his feet and allegedly opened fire officials say.
