Leesville man arrested after string of burglaries
RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) — A Leesville man wanted in connection to multiple burglaries has been arrested according to the Lexington County Sheriff‘s Department. 25-year-old Brandon McNuer is facing burglary and larceny charges after forcing entry into the homes in Gaston, Pelion and Leesville between Aug. 24 and Sept. 1 officials say. He allegedly took electronics, video game systems and jewelry. McNeur has also been charged in a Saluda County burglary officials say. McNuer was booked into the Lexington County Detention Center and is awaiting a bond hearing. “Our detectives would still like to speak with anyone who has information about other burglaries that might be related to these cases,” Lexington County Sheriff Jay Koon said. “We‘d also like to talk with anyone who‘s purchased items from McNuer over the last couple of weeks.” Anyone with information should contact the Lexington County Sheriff‘s Department at 803-785-8230 or Crimestoppers at 888-CRIME-SC.
