Man arrested after allegedly stabbing his brother

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) — Deputies with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department say a man is behind bars after he stabbed his brother during a fight. 33-year-old Joseph Austin is charged with attempted murder. Officers say around 6 p.m. Sunday, a verbal altercation between Austin and his brother became phyiscal at a location on Clear Meadow Drive. Officials say the brother’s injuries are non life-threatening. Austin is being held at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
