Former USC Gamecock arrested, faces drug charges

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) — According to the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department a former USC Gamecock is facing charges. Investigators with the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department say Demetris Summers is charged with manufacturing and trafficking methamphetamine. Deputies executed a search warrant at Summers’ home Friday morning. He and his girlfriend Laticia Boykin are also charged with unlawful conduct toward a child.
