Kelley Paul filing husband Rand’s S. Carolina primary papers

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — Rand Paul’s wife is in South Carolina to handle some important paperwork.

Kelley Paul is stopping by South Carolina’s Republican Party headquarters in Columbia on Tuesday to file her husband’s papers to participate in the GOP presidential primary.

Kelley Paul started her South Carolina trip on Monday, giving a keynote address at a luncheon hosted by the Hilton Head Island Women’s Club. She also attended a meeting of the Richland County Republican Party at Doc’s Barbecue.
