Flooding Strands Many in Midlands

Columbia, SC (WOLO)–Historic flooding has left people stranded in their homes, submerged cars, and downed trees and power lines. ABC Columbia Meteorologist Jonathan Kennedy says the area has seen more than 10 inches of rain. Both Richland and Lexington County have opened Emergency Shelters, We have posted those in a separate link online. Emergency crews say do not leave your home.
