Coroner identifies body found in flood waters

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — Richland County Coroner Gary Watts has released the name of the man that was recovered from his vehicle after being involved in the flooding. 82-year-old Richard Milroy was found deceased in his vehicle on October 5, 2015 Milroy‘s vehicle was found at 1729 Peeples Street in Columbia.
