South Carolina sells baseball stadium naming rights

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — South Carolina has sold the naming rights to its baseball stadium to Founders Federal Credit Union.

The university’s Board of Trustees approved the partnership with the bank on Friday.

The baseball stadium has been called Carolina Stadium since opening in 2009.

The school says it will release more information about the arrangement on Thursday.
