Pelion man wanted on several warrants
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — Deputies with the Lexington Sheriff’s Department are looking for a Pelion man they say has managed to evaded capture since early July. Officials say they have three active warrants for 36-year-old Robert Pendleton. In June, Pendleton allegedly forced a vehicle off the road at the intersection of Cinder Hill Road and Fish Hatchery Road then hit the vehicle with a baseball bat. Pendleton is also charged with unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine and breach of trust.
