Richland Co. Sheriff searching for missing teen
RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) — The Richland County Sheriff’s Department needs the community‘s assistance in locating a missing teen. Sheriff Leon Lott said 16-year old Sierra Hancock-Eckard was last seen on Tuesday, October 27. Authorities say she was last seen leaving her home in the 1200 block of Faraway Drive in Columbia around 8 p.m. Sheriff Lott said Sierra has not been in contact with family or friends within the last 48-hours which is uncharacteristic of her. Sierra is described as 5‘4″ tall, 140 lbs with blue eyes and blonde hair. Authorities say Sierra suffers from a medical condition and family members are concerned about her health.
