Sheriff: Irmo man charged with fraud after stealing debit card

LEXINGTON, S.C. (WOLO) – An Irmo man has been charged with larceny and two counts of financial fraud after making a purchase with a stolen debit card. According to arrest warrants, Frank Owens Turner Jr. took cash, several credit cards and a debit card from a vehicle on Pitney Road. Security cameras captured images of Turner using the debit card to make a purchase at the Wal-Mart on Harbison Boulevard. Turner is being held in the Lexington County Detention Center while he awaits a bond hearing.
