Olivier, Carroll lead Oklahoma State to 69-52 win

CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) — Chris Olivier had a career-high 18 points, Jeffrey Carroll scored all 17 of his points in the second half and Oklahoma State pulled away from Towson for a 69-52 victory at the Charleston Classic on Thursday.

Olivier had 10 straight points in a 21-9 opening-half run as the Cowboys turned a close game into a runaway. Oklahoma State continued pushing after halftime, stretching the lead to 18 points.
The Cowboys will play George Mason on Friday for a spot in Sunday’s championship game. The Patriots upended Mississippi in the eight-team tournament’s opening game.
Arnaud William Adala Moto had 14 points to lead Towson.
