Deshaun Watson Makes Cover of SI
Watson up for the Heisman Trophy Saturday
CLEMSON, SC (FOX Carolina) – Clemson quarterback Deshaun Watson has become the second ever Tiger to be featured on the cover of Sports Illustrated, the university announced Tuesday.
Watson will be pictured on the Nov. 16 regional issue of the magazine. The cover reads “B.Y.O.D. – Deshaun Watson + Dabo Swinney + Dominance in Death Valley.”
Watson and the 9-0 Tigers are currently the No. 1 ranked college team in the nation and the front runners for the ACC and national titles.
Perry Tuttle appeared on the cover of the January 1982 Sports Illustrated issue after the Tigers’ national championship victory.
