Richland County Sheriff's deputies are investigating a shooting off Broad River Road

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — Richland County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a shooting off Broad River Road. They say it happened Sunday afternoon around 4 p.m.

Authorities say they responded to the incident, at the intersection of Dunnagon Road and Newham Drive, and found a man who had been shot. We’re told he is expected to be okay.

Officials say the suspects fired several shots into the victim’s brother’s car; that’s when he was hit.

The investigation is ongoing.
