Deputies investigating shooting on Hard Scrabble Road

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — Richland County Sheriff’s Deputies are investigating a shooting on Hard Scrabble Road.

Officials say they responded around 12:30 a.m. Saturday to the 4300 block of the road in Northeast Richland County.

They say the shooting was incited during a fight. One man was taken to an area hospital. Deputies do not know his condition.

Authorities say they found a stolen gun on the scene. They’re continuing to question witnesses.
