Obama Delivers Final State of the Union
President Barack Obama delivered his final State of the Union Address.
Washington, D.C. (WOLO) — Obama dismissed claims that the Islamic State group threatens America’s existence.
In Tuesday night’s address, Obama says that’s the story ISIS wants to tell and the message it uses in propaganda to recruit.
Obama called the extremists “killers, fanatics and twisted souls” who will be hunted down by the U.S. and destroyed.
President Barack Obama says the future that Americans want “is within our reach” only if broken politics can fixed.
Obama called on the public to force a change by supporting campaign finance reform and expanded voting rights.
In a swipe at some Republican presidential candidates, Obama warned against scapegoating fellow citizens “who don’t look like us or pray like us or vote like we do.”
