Sumter Man Charged with Exploiting Minors

Sumter, S.C. (WOLO)– A Sumter man is accused of using his computer to share child pornography.
A spokesperson for the attorney general’s office says William Phillips is charged with 15 counts related to the sexual exploitation of minors.
Investigators say that Phillips was involved in exchanging files containing child pornography via peer-to-peer file sharing.
