Government offices in Spartanburg Co. on two-hour delay Monday

SPARTANBURG, S.C. (WOLO) – Government offices in Spartanburg County are operating on a two-hour delay Monday.

The South Carolina Emergency Management Division reports the delay is due to inclement weather.
