Cleanup Underway Following Severe Weather

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — Cleanup has begun after the Midlands was hit by strong winds, heavy rain and a confirmed tornado Wednesday.
The confirmed EF-O tornado was near the Dixiana area in southeast Lexington County.
Damage from the severe weather destroyed cars and knocked over trees.
