SPARTANBURG, S.C. (WOLO) – An SCDC inmate is back in custody, after walking away from a job site in Spartanburg Friday.
A corrections official says Buckner will face escape charges, and be placed in a higher-level facility moving forward.
SCDC’s division of police services received assistance from SLED and local law enforcement in Spartanburg.
