Police: Fire Captain Charged with Assault

Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)–A Columbia fire captain is facing a charge  of inappropriately touching a male co-worker.

Investigators say the incident took place on October 6th when Rish was working at a home on Blume Crt.
Rish is charged with second degree assault and battery.
