Deputies: Woman arrested after cutting her husband

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – Richland County Sheriff’s deputies say they arrested a Columbia woman, after she cut her husband with a knife, when he tried to stop her from cutting his tires.

Deputies say this happened around 3 a.m. Sunday in the 400 block of Sheridan Drive in Northeast Columbia.

53-year-old Vivian Jeffery is charged with criminal domestic violence.

Officials say Jeffery’s husband was trying to get her to stop cutting his tires. He was cut multiple times in the upper body, but is expected to be okay.
