Two Lexington Deputies Injured in Collision Released from Hospital
Lexington Co., S.C. (WOLO) — One Lexington County deputy injured in a crash Wednesday remains hospitalized.
Three deputies were injured after they struck each other responding to a burglary.
A spokesperson for the sheriff’s department says the accident took place around 9pm at the intersection of Platt Springs Rd. and Old Orangeburg Rd. in Red Bank.
Investigators say all two of the deputies that were injured have been released from the hospital..
The collision is under investigation by the SC Highway Patrol.
