Advisory: Tornado Watches
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — A tornado watch has been issued for several counties throughout the state until 7 p.m. Wednesday, February 24.
A WATCH means meteorological conditions are conducive to spawning a tornado.
At present NO tornado has been sighted. Also be aware that as this front moves through our area we will experience high winds and higher wind gusts.
Due to the soil conditions falling trees may be possible. Be on the watch for falling limbs and trees. Road blockages are possible during this time.
