Coroner IDs Man in Lexington Co. Murder

LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) — The man killed in the Valentine’s Day murder in Lexington County has been identified.

Lexington County Coroner Margaret Fisher said Arturo Bravo Santos, 28, died as a result of multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body.

Restaurant owner 49-year-old Gregorio Leon, is accused of shooting Santos at the Park & Ride facility located at 105 Corley Mill Road.

According to Fisher,  Santos was positively identified with the assistance of the Mexican Consulate and a family member living in the area.

The case remains under the investigation of the Lexington Police Department and the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division.
