Watch: Columbia Police Make Arrests in Car Thefts

Columbia, S.C., (WOLO)  — Columbia Police have arrested four men accused in a series of car thefts throughout the Capital City. Authorities believe the men are connected to a string of car thefts in the area. Police remind drivers not to leave their cars idling and unoccupied during the winter months.
