Watch: Richland Library Turns the Page on History

Columbia, S.C. (WOLO) —  Richland Library is known for being a place you can always go to find a good read. But after reaching out to the community through various educational activities for the young and young at heart, the facility is now on the verge of changing history. For the first time, the Library is being considered  for a national award against 15 other qualified libraries across the country.
