Track Coach Accused of Preparing Fraudulent Tax Returns

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — Between 2008 and 2011 an Allen University track coach is accused of preparing fraudulent tax returns for customers

According to the District Attorney’s office Brandon Samuels, 31,  prepared taxes for clients at Daitech Tax Service instructing them on how to claim bogus business expenses and other deductions on their tax returns in an effort to decrease their tax liability and artificially increase their tax refund.
