Suspect Sought in Shooting Death of Orangeburg Co. Man

ORANGEBURG, S.C. (WOLO) — Deputies with the Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office are looking a suspect wanted in connection with the shooting death of a St. Ann Street man.

Authorities say 30-year-old Anthony Tyrone McKinnie shot the 27-year-old victim on Friday, March 4.

McKinnie is from Pennsylvania, but was living with a relative at the time of the shooting, officials say.

Authorities say the suspect has used multiple aliases in the past, including Anthony Newman.
