COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – The Richland County Recreation Commission hosted the 47th annual Cottontail Festival Saturday.

Families gathered for an egg hunt, meet-and-greet with the Easter Bunny and arts and crafts at North Springs Park off Clemson Road.
