Former Councilman Faces Felony DUI Charge

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — A former Richland County Councilman charged with felony DUI was scheduled to go before a judge Monday morning.

In February, Kelvin Washington was arrested after he allegedly crashed into another vehicle causing injuries to the two occupants.

The incident happened on Bluff Road in Hopkins.
