Police: Suspect Wanted for Armed Robbery of Broad River Rd. Restaurant
RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) – Deputies with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department are asking for the public assistance in locating a suspect wanted for an armed robbery at a local eatery.
The suspect was caught on camera entering the Waffle House on Broad River on Tuesday, March 22, presenting a handgun, and demanded money from a store employee, officials say.
The victim was not injured in the incident.
Officials say the suspect fled from the business with an unknown amount of cash.
