Crime Victims Honored at Candlelight Vigil

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — Governor Nikki Haley has proclaimed the week of April 18 as South Carolina Victims’ Rights Week.

In honor of week, the Victim Service Coordinating Council, State Office of Victim Assistance, and the South Carolina Victim Assistance Network will hold the Victims’ Rights Week 2016 Unity Ceremony Candlelight Vigil on Monday.

The candlelight vigil will take place from 12:15 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Doubletree by Hilton, 2100 Bush River Road.
