Ben(1)Hello news viewers! We are working in the newsroom putting the final touches on all of the stories you’ll see tonight at 11 on ABC Columbia. Here’s a taste, snapshot, tease (as we call it in the news biz) of what we’ll bring you:

CLINTON FEELS THE “BERN” OF THE COAL MINER: You may have heard Hillary Clinton’s lead over Bernie Sanders described as “insurmountable.” But, boy oh boy, what happened tonight in West Virginia may be Clinton feeling the burn of the coal miner. Remember her recent comments about the coal industry? She and her campaign quickly tried to clean it up but the results tonight may reflect the damage was already done. We’ll show you who came out strong for Sanders in the mountains of West Virginia, including how the lone candidate left on the GOP side fared in two primary contests tonight.

#LetsEndIt: New numbers on homelessness in Columbia, SC out today point to strides being made in families who received help to get back on their feet are not returning to a reality they fought so hard to escape. Grace Joyal reports.

Deadly Shooting in Gaston: It’s the second murder in the Lexington County town of Gaston in about a week’s time. Which is why deputies stressed tonight this is a random act and the victim and suspect knew each other. We’ll have the update.

See you at the top of the hour! -Ben
