SC Hall of Fame Inducts 2016 Honorees

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)–USC Basketball’s best is now part of the State of South Carolina’s best.
B-J McKie headlines this year’s new class of South Carolina Athletic Hall of Fame inductees.
The ceremony taking place Monday.

McKie sets the USC school scoring record and helped the Gaemcocks win their only SEC Championshop almost 20 years ago.
The Irmo High School All American is now an Assistant Coach at Charleston Southern.

McKie’s Clemson rival Greg Buckner heads into the Hall of Fame with in a Basketball Heavy class that includes two more Gamecocks, Art Whisnant and Martha Parker Hester.
Other inductees include former New England Patriots Troy Brown, Wofford Coach and Administrator Buddy Sasser , Citadel Baseball’s Richard Wieters and Clemson’s Flint Rhem.
