Teen’s Heart Stops After Tasing

(CNN) – A federal judge recently released video of Officer Timothy Runnels using a Taser on 17-year-old Bryce Masters into cardiac arrest. Runnels pleaded guilty to violating Masters’ civil rights and will serve four years in prison.
