SC National Guard to Host Change of Command Ceremony

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) – The South Carolina National Guard is holding a change of command and retirement ceremony to bid farewell to its State Command sergeant major. Robert Brickley Jr. has served as the chief adviser on enlisted issues to Guard commander Maj. Gen. Robert Livingston since July of 2010. Friday’s ceremony is being held in the National Guard Armory in Columbia.

It is not open to the public.
