Former Gamecock QB Connor Mitch Transferring to James Madison

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — Former Carolina quarterback Connor Mitch announced via twitter Monday his plans to transfer to James Madison.

Mitch decided to transfer back in May after missing most of the 2015 season due to a separated shoulder.

“I would like to thank everyone here at USC for 3.5 wonderful years that I will never forget,” said Mitch via twitter.

He completed 13-of-29 passes for 165 yards and one touchdown last season.
