Deputies Need Help Locating ‘Vulnerable’ Adult
ORANGEBURG, S.C. (WOLO) – Deputies with the Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s help in locating a 78-year-old woman who was reported missing on Monday night.
Authorities say Maria Vega Santos was last seen in the vicinity of the Regional Medical Center around 9 p.m. after she was released for medical treatment.
Employees of the Eutawville home where Santos was residing attempted to transport her back but she refused, police say.
Santos is believed to be a vulnerable adult, officials say.
