WATCH: SASS Self Defense

Irmo, S.C. (WOLO) — It’s all about girl power!  SASS FORCE and intense self defense conditioning class is teaming up with Elite Personal Training to give woman a chance to be as strong on the outside as they they feel on the inside.

The 8 week class is open exclusively to women with experience or not. Trainers say this is an opportunity to show woman how to defend themselves should they ever find themselves in a vulnerable situation.

This is the same course given to USC students, local Police Departments and Military. Now area woman can participate to learn self defense moves while giving them additional confidence.
