WATCH: Charleston Church Shooting Lawsuit

Charleston, S.C (WOLO)— A family member of one of the nine people shot last June at Emanuel AME is now filing a wrongful death lawsuit against the Government. According to papers filed in court, the defendant claims there were loopholes in the law that ultimately allowed suspected shooter Dylan Roof to get his hands on a gun.
