WATCH: One Big Garage Sale

Columbia, S.C (WOLO) — It’s one of the biggest garage sales in the Capitol City. In it’s eleventh year, Shandon United Methodist church says they hope this years event will be even bigger and better.

The event held at the church at 3407 Devine Street is a one stop shop for anyone looking for new and gently used items at a significant markdown. And the good news, all of the money made during the garage sale go to benefit charity.

In fact, last year the event was such a huge success they were able to donate more than 30 thousand dollars to several charities.

The Big Garage sale kicked off Friday morning and will run through Saturday giving you plenty of time to check out all of the furniture, clothes, and even jewelry you can get you’re hands on.
