RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) – A woman wanted for allegedly telling her three children to shoplift on multiple occasions turned herself into authorities Tuesday.

Deputies with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department were looking for Ramanda McMillan, 27, on charges of unlawful conduct towards a child.

Police say McMillan took her children to the Old Navy located at 321 Forum Drive on at least three occasions and instructed the children ranging in ages of 6 and 11 years old, to fill bags with clothes and cosmetics totaling $1,800.

The incidents occurred on May 7, July 23 and July 30, police say.

Authorities say McMillan was captured on video surveillance, which assisted authorities with her identity.
