Supreme Court Rules on SC Property Damage

COLUMBIA, SC (AP) — South Carolina’s highest court has ruled that the government doesn’t have to pay people back for damage to private property that happens while law officers are doing their jobs.

The state Supreme Court made that decision Wednesday in a 3-2 ruling.
